This Chrisanntha Design/ Build project started late in 1998 and finished in the fall of 1999. Zoto’s required a single source Design/Build firm that could handle the challenges of this site.

Land acquisition, subdivision, public right-of-way extension, DEC wet land mitigation, zoning variances, extensive storm water design and implementation, snow load concerns at attachment of old and new represent some of the challenges that were easily overcome with the Chrisanntha Design/Build Team.
