The renovation of this historic cottage was performed for the Geneva Historical society to preserve its rich history. The cottage was built in 1840 and needed a major renovation. Luckily, Chrisanntha Construction came equipped to help. The entire building was stripped on the inside to expose the framing which required structural stabilization. Once the stabilization was completed, we were able to restore the beauty of this nineteenth-century space.
