The engineering phase of this Design-Build project began in February 2019. Throughout planning, the budget and scope were constantly reviewed. As the client's needs changed due to the pandemic, Chrisanntha was able to adjust scope with minimal impact. A great team of subcontractors, vendors, engineers and architects exceeded customer expectations and delivered on time.
