This renovation project included a complete gut of an existing first-floor bank and retail space and lower-level area, including the removal of the old 2’ thick concrete bank vault walls.

 

Coordination of demolition, structural modifications, all new Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and custom millwork and interior finishes was completed in just four short months to the delight of our repeat client Dr. Mattiacio.

 

Once you see the final finished space both interior and exterior you won't believe where it all started from.
