This high-tech automated machine shop operator needed to relocate to a new facility that would provide space for new robotic machines. Chrisanntha filled the bill with a new 41,000 SF Butler pre-engineered building. This design/build project had a design challenge from the start with poor soil conditions at the old rail works site. The solution was to construct a light structure supported by 225 eight inch steel pilings, some of which where driven to a depth of 110’ for support.
