The manufacturing space is 16,000 SF of Butler modular frame construction. The office is 4,000 S.F. of Butler clear span hip framing with Butler Genesis roof system. By incorporating the Butler hip frame and Genesis roof system in the office design, the owner realized a savings of 15% over conventional construction methods.
