Design Agreement signed January 1999, design completed and approved by March. Construction started in April on this 32,000 SF facility and was completed December 1999 on schedule and under budget.

This state-of-the-Art Dental Lab and Training Facility offered many unique challenges prior to and during construction, which could only have been accommodated by the partnering advantages of good Design/Build practices.
