DRI funding made this project possible and what was once a livable space, turned into a dilapidated structure that was inhabitable for what some think at least 70 years. We were able to turn this pigeon-riddled home into a luxury apartment space once again! There were many challenges as we exposed the century-old structure, not to mention a shared common corridor with a neighboring unit with the same deficiencies. We were able to overcome these challenges with the right mix of the client’s mindset, an amazing team of subcontractors and engineers, and of course our field leadership. All of this was tracked, and managed timely and efficiently. We are so happy with what this space turned into.
